Frame Rates
From CasparCG Wiki
Please note: This page currently only has information about version 1.8.
Please see Category:CasparCG_Server_2.0_pre-release for info about the CasparCG Server 2.0 alpha version.
Please note that version 1.8 of CasparCG Server does not support NTSC frame rates and NTSC interlacing.
The frame rate used is set in:
- In the Bluefish Feature App if you are using the Bluefish Consumer for SDI output.
- In the DeckLink control panel.
- In the pre-rendered video file if played by the FFmpeg Producer.
- In the Flash Document Properties if you are making an FT for playback via the Flash Producer.
The maximum frame rate that a CasparCG system is capable of depends on many factors such as resolution, bit rate, codec and which producers and consumers you use, plus the performance of your hardware.
