World Cup 2010 Live Graphics
Almost all our broadcasts have at least some graphics played out by CasparCG in them.
This case is just one of many examples of a project that makes heavier use of CasparCG.
CasparCG is being used for all SVT’s SD and HD broadcasts from the FIFA World Cup 2010. Everything from the match timer, tickers, score boards and name signs is being controlled either by automation or a single operator using a combination of the regular CasparCG Client and a custom-made client.
Download CasparCG World Cup Client (1.9 MB)
The custom client used to control the match timer, tickers and other World Cup specific graphics. Contains a ready-to-use EXE file, as well as the complete C# source code in a Visual Studio project. Windows only.
You may have to change the default channel from 1 to 0 if you only have one video output. You can do this in the FotbollsVMKlocka.exe.config file in the /bin/release folder.
Distributed under the GNU General Public License GPLv3 or higher.
Download CasparCG World Cup Templates (103 MB)
The CasparCG Flash templates for timers, tickers and other World Cup specific graphics. Place the templates in the C:\CasparCG\FotbollsVM2010 folder. Contains all FT templates, as well as the Flash FLA projects.
Distributed under the GNU General Public License GPLv3 or higher.
You can discuss and ask questions about the World Cup graphics in the CasparCG forum.
